Skanska Reality is a division of the company that specializes in the area of residential development. We are proud to have successfully completed numerous projects in various locations in and around the city of Prague and the Liberec region. Our activities have included the search for and acquisition of land, the planning and execution of new residential development projects and the subsequent marketing and sale of the properties through our own in-house real estate agency. All of our projects are financed through our own internal resources and the entire construction process takes place while working together with and in coordination with other divisions of our company. Our management systems are certified to be in conformity with the ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and ISO 180001 standards.
Due to the strong background of our parent company, our extensive industry know-how and years of experience, we are able to provide our buyers with a longer-than-normal warranty for our new apartments and homes. Some developers provide just the minimum 24-month warranty term required under the law. We give you an additional 12 months, which provides a total warranty period of 3 years from the date of takeover of the apartment and by U cukrovaru project is a total waranty period of 4 years from the date of takeover of the apartment.

For selected parts of the building, we provide an extended warranty of up to 60 months (for example the roofing of the building).
