The project is located in the district of Prague 11, on the outskirts of city´s southern suburbs (Jižní Město) in the part of the area known as Háje, south of Novomeského Street and the newly built Jurkovičova Street. If you are familiar with this location, you will know that the phrase "right next to a natural park" is no exaggeration. Some of the units will have great views of the Milíčovský Les natural park, which includes a forest with ponds and lakes. For those who enjoy the out-of-doors and spending time in the countryside, the park will be a great place to go mushrooming at the end of summer or to take a walk along the creek, which will take you all the way to Botič and Hostivařská Přehrada Lake, which offer a great place to enjoy swimming and water sports in the summer. For those who like bike riding, the park and surrounding areas offer an ideal environment.

The site on which the Milíčovský Háj - South and East projects will be located is shaped like a trapezoid and to the north, the site abuts the Milíčovský Háj - North project (made up of three buildings with a total of 163 apartments, laid out in 6 sections) and the existing apartment blocks along Stříbrského Street. To the east, the site is bordered by a local school and the school´s playgrounds. To the south, the site is next to a protected natural area, behind which is a manmade hill, which was created by using the excavated material from the construction of the Prague subway system and surrounding developments. Located further away is Milíčovský Hill that´s part of the Milíčovský Les nature preserve and lakes.

Located within walking distance of the site is the Háje subway station (line C), which provides a 17 minute ride to downtown. Just a few minutes drive away is the D1 expressway.
