The location of this project provides residents with all of the advantages of living away from the hustle and bustle of the city, while still being within reach of downtown Prague. The project is located on a flat to slightly sloping site in the district of Prague 22 - Uhříněves. It is located on the outskirts of the local municipality between K Netlukám and K Uhříněvsi Streets. A small part of the site extends south of K Uhříněvsi Street towards Přátelství Street. One interesting fact to bring up is that the district of Uhříněves was rated last year as the city district with the greatest future business potential. The municipal district of Prague 22 is in an attractive location and, thanks to the rapidly developing infrastructure, services and public amenities going in, it has become an extremely attractive place to live. This is also due to the appeal of the surrounding natural areas combined with good accessibility to the Prague city center.
Given the natural setting and surroundings of this project, the future residents of Romance II are assured of having easy access to a variety of leisure and recreation activities. Located in the neighborhood are several bike trails and lakes (Nadýmáč, Markéta and Podleský Rybník). It isn´t hard to imagine afternoon and evening walks and weekend bike trips through the surrounding landscape could become addictive to new residents.
The site is located less than 20 kilometers from downtown and commuters have access to a direct bus connection to the subway (Depo Hostivař and Skalka stations on the A line) and a train connection to the city´s main downtown terminal (through Hostivař, Strašnice and Vršovice). These public transit options make it possible to get downtown in less than 20 minutes. Also located not far from the site is entrance to the D1 expressway (Průhonice).
