Kindergartens and Schools
Approximately 1.5 km from the project there is a Finnish type kindergarten. 5 minutes´ walk brings you to the Bratří Jandusů Primary School and just 3 bus stops away from the project you arrive at Vachkova Primary and Practical School. 

Doctors and Pharmacies
Uhříněves has several GPs, the Uhříněves doctors´ centre with private doctor surgeries, a pharmacy and an ambulance service and 7 minutes´ walk from the project there is the U krále Jiřího pharmacy.
 

In this part of Prague there is everything you need for an easy life. This includes, of course, a post office, primary school, Žabka supermarket and grocery and textile shops. After a couple of minutes´ drive you arrive at the large chopping and entertainment centres in Štěrboholy and Průhonice. Průhonice is also home to the largest Aquapark in Central Europe, which offers 6 water chutes, 3 slides, an exclusive sauna world with a wide range of balneal procedures, a wave pool and fitness centre etc. As for historical sites, in Uhříněves you can find an old Jewish graveyard, the Baroque church of All Saints and the history of the "Sokol" gym reaches back to the end of the 19^th century serving the needs of the famous Slavic Sokol Youth Movement.    

Drinks and Eating Out

Adjacent to the project is the Na Lišce Restaurant and seven minutes away on foot is the locally renowned Pivovarská garden restaurant with a barbeque. 1.5 km away there is the Italian Pizzeria Metamorfozzi.

Cash Dispensers (ATMs)
A couple of minutes´ walk away from the project is the Česká Spořitelna with a cash dispenser. The Texaco filling station is 5 minutes by car.  

Located near the project is the Prague 10 Municipal Police and Prague 22 Town Hall.
