Skanska a.s., division Skanska Reality is currently interested in purchasing plots suitable for residential development and residential projects in Prague district. The plots or projects should be suitable for construction of at least 40 apartments (i.e. at least 2.500 square meters).

Skanska a.s., division Skanska Reality realizes all necessary development of plots (i.e. studies, engineering etc.) at its own expense. Suitable projects with valid planning permit or building permit can be purchased and paid for immediately after due diligence.
