Let us pay your reservation fee!

If you would like to save money on the first step in the purchase of your new home and you decide to buy an apartment in our Nová Ruda Residences, Liberec project, for which you sign a reservation contract, we will waive the CZK 60,000 reservation fee (i.e. Skanska will pay this fee for you). You can then start choosing wonderful new things to buy for your new home with the money you have saved.

Purchase Process:
It all starts with a decision. Your decision to buy a new home ? ideally from a trusted and reputable developer, in a project that you find attractive, in a location you like and that fits in with your lifestyle and a new home for a great price.

In order to confirm your commitment to go through with the purchase of your new home and to reserve the unit you would like, you and our company will sign a written reservation contract. The signing of this contract includes the payment of a reservation fee.

For units, which include garage parking, the reservation fee is CZK 60,000 (includes VAT); and, for units without parking, the reservation fee is CZK 57,000 (includes VAT).
Within twenty business days of the signing of the reservation contract and the payment of the reservation fee, you and Skanska will sign an agreement on the commitment to sign a future purchase contract.

After the signing of this agreement and after we receive a second deposit payment from you (equal to 15 % of the total purchase price), you will receive a refund of the initial reservation fee (the refund will be transferred into your account immediately after we receive this second deposit payment). This is because the bank usually wants to have a confirmation that the buyer has put down some of their own funds before the financing for the purchasing of the property is released by the bank. The good news for you is that, after all is said and done, you will have been able to save up to CZK 60,000 on the purchase of your new home.
